I've heard clergy saying that it takes away the fear of an empty page or that they have so much preaching/ pastoral writing to do that they can't find time otherwise. I don't want to cast judgment on anyone overburdened or anxious, but abandoning the calling of 'heart speaking to heart' is tragic.
