Feels very odd for a studio whose game was originally tied very closely to twitter to be saying this, but cor it's so much nicer to get genuine replies and conversation on a platform that I might actually close our twitter.

given the aesthetics of the place, i think bsky might be the fourth city- shrines of the deep blue heaven and all that. which would make twitter the third, which is consonant with its thousand year rule by a hateful, treacherous god-king.
i don’t have anything relevant to say, i just wanted to say that i discovered fallen london a few months ago and i’m still enjoying the heck out of it and hyping it up to my friends. i’m grateful to everyone at failbetter games for the polish and shine that radiates from every facet of this game.
i feel bad for the people who we strongarmed into joining to get more actions who then commenced Posting, which we can all agree has ultimately been a Bad Idea
Friend, if you could have foretold where this would all end back when connecting to the Twitter API seemed like (and was!) a nifty way to help players who enjoy your game share that they enjoy your game, I would love your input on what the next 15 years will bring.
i've been on fallen london for so long. i probably owe it for turning me weird. im excited for the tabletop game and i'm gonna try to run as many games as i can once that becomes a thing
Just saying that sunless sea was a massive transformative experience for me with indie games as art, not just nostalgia bait retro inspired platformers etc (not that I don’t play a ton of those too)

May the friendliness and genuine creative interactions continue ad infinitum.
...okay, it was Legends of Zork, but still, it greased the wheels for me getting into Fallen London
