Besides, the scenario to be worried about is that he just… runs again (he will definitely do this) and the Supreme Court signs off on it because of the well known legal principle of WHARRRRGARBL (they will definitely do this).

Nah. I mean if Trump were like 52 or something, I'd be more worried, but there reaches a point where not even this court can reject evidence.

Well and they only work if you can get 2/3 of the house and senate and then 3/4 of the states to agree. Unless NY, VT, CA, WA, MD, OR, CO, CT, RI, MA, DE, and HI are in, it's dead.

The coup is already complete. Trump he has proven he can do whatever he wants and no one will stop him. Does matter if he is even alive in 2028, the Kleptocracy is entrenched and will not cede power. I hope I’m wrong but the chance to prevent this is long past
