I’m wary of the “bringing anti-trust back” optimism. Bringing these cases probably deters some mergers. Losing them probably creates some precedents. (Not my expertise; just unsure what to make of what she’s accomplished.)

(But I guess I’m similarly ambivalent about EU tech regulation. I think it’s compelled a few positive changes from Big Tech. But also that it’s incompetent regulation that tries to serve EU businesses while hurting EU residents. And it’s clearly motivated mostly by parochial resentments. 🤷)
