RFK Jr's incompetency and spread of misinformation is going to kill children. It's an absolute travesty. He should never have been placed in a position of power in our government. The people that voted for him should be absolutely ashamed of themselves and should also feel responsible.
I don’t think all those parents are stupid or ignorant. As I understand, they are often influenced by their communities. Even threatened in some cases.
Gen X and Boomers over the age of 40 who never had measles or are unsure of their status can get a blood test to check for titers. They may have natural immunity or might need the booster.
On the upside. Older folks are now aware that they need an MMR titer to determine if that need revaxing. That was never a question asked during the yearly exam.
At the pharmacy right now to get vaccinated. Never had them. The vaccine came out in ‘63 and I was 11. Mom figured I must have a natural immunity or something I guess or she confused rubella which I did have with regular measles. Anyway better late than never I guess.
So once their kids die from something that parents could have prevented, the parents can be charged right? I view this in a similar vein as leaving a child in a car in the summer heat with the windows rolled up.
In related news, Trump continues to spread death and human suffering across America thanks to @nytimes.com's indifference to his literal campaign promise of dictatorship.
ONE MORE FUCKING TIME >> VACINATE.. BS BS... in HEALTHCARE FIFTY YEARS..they are safe and work.. and you need talk MD.. NOT FOX NOT TIMES.. talk to us in HEALTHCARE AND SCIENCE DUMB FUQS.
When a child dies of measles, it means that their parents would rather their child be dead that autistic, even though, say it with me, VACCINES DO NOT CAUSE AUTISM.
Rampant idiocy as the cause of incalculable human suffering.
