The examples of ignorance and indoctrination suggest many of them were conned into believing Trump was a saviour - all the bad stuff about him was fake news or forgiven as it is trivial compared to their indoctrinated value(s).

Navalny was a Nationalist just like Putin. It wasn't until he knew he was going to die that he finally denounced the invasion of Ukraine.
