Look I’m not happy with his inaction either, but there are lot of people currently in the Senate & House who deserve as much blame, if not more. Had McConnell chosen to go after impeachment, I think we wouldn’t be here now. It would have also made it possible for Garland to bring him to justice.

Merrick Garland slow walked all of the cases against trump trying to make it appear nonpartisan by doing that he made it more partisan favoring trump and allowing this to take place. He should have pursued a conviction on day 1 and never backed down the crimes were real and prosecutable period

Yes, and as much as I like, Biden, especially compared to first felon, he didn’t force Garland to move quickly. Having first felon in jail in 2023 would have been great. It was Roberts, Thomas and the rest of the MAGA Supreme Court than ran out the clock on Trump's prosecution. Garland moved slow, but it was the SC that Trump bought, that hit the brakes until it was too late.
Instead of prosecuting Trump he took on Hunter Biden. Maybe that was an implied threat to Biden. Garland is a long time Federalist Society loyalist. The whole thing is fishy.
