A friend of mine asked me to go without coffee for a month to see what would happen. And I only made it through 2 weeks. Freakish, how bad withdrawal from coffee is. It's worse than quitting smoking. And now that I am drinking my first coffee in weeks, I feel almost high.

Supressing sleep molecules can't be good
sometimes i drink 10 cups of coffee/tea a day,
sometimes i don't drink tea or coffee for weeks.
I never noticed anything different.
I considered juice to be too calorific for a day-by-day drink, so I was left with only water.
