It would be much better to extend nuclear shield on all EU member states. A strike on one = strike on all. Sharing nukes could results in Russians sharing nukes with their puppet states, and then use them to threaten/use nukes while pretending they're not responsible.

There were such rumours in 2024. Namely about POL purchasing Scorpene submarines (Baltic Sea is actually very good for subs), involving French companies in POL developing new, nuclear power plants and signing an agreement to extend French nuclear umbrella and possibly nuclear sharing.

It's an old project called if I remember Fangs of Poland.

The submarine deal was discussed as far back as 2014 as way to have a missile platform that Russia couldn't easily detect that could attack Moscow or Sankt Petersburg. At the time without nuclear tip. Just a lot of bum to Putin windows.

Sweden could restart and share its nuclear weapons program with Nordic countries and Baltics and Poland.

First it would be closer to the
helpdesk and service.

absolutely. I'd like someone to chip in, uranium for nuclear generation is pretty tricky as it needs to be preprocessed specifically. For instance UA was tuned to RU as a source, US partly as well. Not sure about FR.
