Visegrad was founded by Vaclav Havel after the death of communism. Its aim is to politically bind Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, & Hungary together in pursuing common goals and cooperation. It's why they joined Nato and the E.U together. Why transportation & electric infrastructure are managed together.
