What's happening is maddening. Russia is losing the war. And Trump is pulling the rug out under the Ukrainians. Preventing a victory out of some nasty grudge from when he tried to blackmail Ukraine.

Russian glide bombs, previously a terrible problem, are now losing potential because of improved EW. Drones reduce artillery reliance. The US will likely put more trade and supply pressure on China and Iran. The coming recession will lower the price of oil, harming Russia. Things can get better.
Yeah, I think the glide bombs will go the way of the Shaheds
Also, I think Ukraine is cooking up a plan against Russian oil production. The refinery strikes are shaping operations, and they could eventually take out the ports
the theory of victory must be the awakening of Ukraine military strategies, advancing fast on Russia weak points and forcing uncontrollable collapse of Russia trenchers and front.
In late 2023 and more recently in Kursk has shown, Russia is weak when they fail to understand their weakness, their chain of communication, low to high ranks, is broken.
Low officials try to impress high officials and fake glorious move, that is what Ukraine must mastered.
yes, we saw that. But you also saw that UA could exploit the sudden opening less than in the Kupyansk offensive. I am not entirely sure why but it does not look like UA has the ability to go to a large scale movement war even if the gaps appeared.
and another thing: Ukraine must use their recent fast advanced drone tactics to go for logistical trucks or slow the resupply. Go behind enemy lines, not to engage, but to plot tricks.

Ukraine needs its own Mossad
The Russians at the front are being spotted, engaged, and attritted with Ukrainian-made weapons.
If the theory of victory relies on attrition exhausting Russia, this will not change

Very similar to what happened in late 2023.
Long range strikes also help lower the rate of force generation, so there's less to attrit in the first place

Ukraine must do it in large scale, Russia is slow in adapt, but yes, they do adapt after some time.
