Was pork & seeds a thing in Chinese restaurants anywhere but Idaho? BBQ pork dipped in hot mustard + sesame seeds
Grew up eating this at “Jade Chopsticks” in Boise; there’s an old place in Ketchum that has it, but I’ve never seen it anywhere else.
I make char sui just to have it.
