good advice from McKenzie. I also think a coalition across similar school types might be useful. I used to work at a Jesuit school that had great coverage and at the same time my wife was at a Jesuit school that didn't cover shit. Data from peer institutions can be good leverage

At The New School we did this as a coalition btw queer and trans faculty + staff. We combined trans health care + queer access to IVF and dome other stuff. Broader coalition
