The role began life known as “Physician Assistant.”
In 2014 the role voted itself the new grander title of “Physician Associate.”
No public consultation.
My thoughts aren’t on my illness or ailment it’s focused on who or what qualifications do you have are you a GP 🤔
The PA role is under trained for the tasks it is deployed to meet.
There will be many seniors still walking around in denial because ‘I’m alright jack’ and ‘it’s not my problem’. OH YES IT IS.
