I’ve applied for a discretionary grant to buy heating oil and electricity. £400. Guess what? I can only get a loan, no grant. As if I’m not indebted enough by now. I have £422 on my account and have to pay £515 rent. There’s no money to live. I can’t even go grocery shopping. I just want this to end
