Yes. I know... but given "gonad" has historically been used in the UK as an insult, that definition would fit with your desire to use monad as an insult.

Have you ever met anyone from the North East of Italy? Móna is the basic insult, monàda it's the (inappropriate, wrong, ridiculous) action of a móna.
I cannot give details because I don't speak any of those dialects but let me know if I should tag Italians who do.
