I use aitum for multi streaming. I have noticed it seems to take a lot of bandwidth. I don't use vertical or anything like that. I just stream to YT and twitch.

Sorry I'm not too good with technical terms, bandwidth refers to your internet right? I have a 1 GBPS Ethernet connection so I wouldn't have thought that would be the problem
But I do use vertical too so maybe there's the issue?

Yes bandwidth refers to the amount of data able to flow through a connection at one time. Typically Twitch takes up to 6MB/s and YT can take up to 8MB/s so if you wanted to stream to both at 1080P you'd need at least 15MB/s of upload speed. Have you gone to https://speedtest.net and measured your upload?

If you also want to run an online game the highest I've ever seen for another game was FFXIV, and mmo, and it was 6-8MB/s of upload. Your upload and download are usually different numbers. I have a download of 500MB/s and an upload of 20MB/s

What’s your upload? Most gigabit lines are *not* symmetrical. You might get 1gig down but not 1 gig up. I doubt it’s bad enough to cause issues, but it’s worth checking

If you need any further assistance shoot me a message. Multistreaming should only cause issues if you’re overloading the encoder and most encoders can handle atleast two 1080p60 encodes at once so it’s doubtful it’s that. I’ll look into this Aitum thing though.
