Based on the tense of the headline, I'd say that if there are any effects, we're already feeling them.

That is to say, if there are any effects, people have already done the work to prepare for them since we aren't feeling anything atm.

Nah, it just does that. Frequent weird behavior of spinning masses that have a measure of eccentricity (non-uniform-roundness) to them. There's a kids' toy that uses a similar principle to do a clever standing trick.

Won't let me upload the gif if I use the video button, lmfao, it just claims it isn't a video. Despite being .gif, and playing just fine when I open it in File Commander.

Gods forbid they just accept all common media file formats through one button and figure it out on the back-end... *Sigh*

Oh forgot to follow up, looks like scientists are mostly talking about how it may make the day a bit longer.

So, you know, there are downsides to having to live through more day per day, these days, but otherwise it's not expected to cause anything major. Maybe slightly more frequent earthquakes.
