Have you looked into Baltic at all? Their Acquascaphe has some similar aesthetics going on to the Bathyscaphe, at a much more, uh, reasonable, price. I picked up their tricompax chronograph last year and love it

I own a GS SBGM221, which is from the same collection as that one he has. And the Bathyscape, that exact pink gold Reverso chronograph, and a Patrimony are all watches I would buy if I had an infinite amount of money. It's dead-on for what I like.
