I’m not really a James Bond fan.
But isn’t Moonraker about a super rich guy who builds rocketships and wants to burn the world down and it turns out he’s a gnotzee?

I guess what I’m asking is, where is James Bond right now? Is there any way Judi Dench could send him out here?
