To be clear, Kamala lost because we have an ignorant electorate that thinks they know everything about everything. Imagine the world we'd live in if most people simply said 'I don't know' when asked something they didn't know.

Yes, the American electorate is largely lazy which primed them to be susceptible to the massive and concentrated disinformation/propaganda that was aimed directly at them by social media and corporate media
Also another interesting fact that came out is that tremendous amount of news deserts in this country. Where people do not get the truth or facts in the way they are intended. If you want to address the problem go after that. That's the easy stuff,we'll reach the most people if they talk to properly
My understanding is that it wasn't the message from the Democrat. It was the fact that most Americans interpret information at a sixth grade level. We had a candidate that spoke at a fourth grade level, believe It or not.Democrats talk at a higher intellectual level and it just misunderstood by most.
Youβre talking about conceptual thinking
Google this from our Dept of Ed:
56% of U.S. adults read *at or below* a 6th grade level
When you canβt read well, you simply cannot perform conceptual thinking
Can Not
We have to stop taking accountability from people and their flawed decision making. That's like me driving the wrong way on a freeway entrance ramp and claiming that the multitude of 'Do Not Enter', and 'Wrong Way' signs were too vague.
I still, in my bones, feel this election was rigged.
I am NOT a conspiracy theorist theorist, but goddammit, too many people who donated to her campaign, registered to vote for her and showed up at her rallies for the numbers to make any sense. That the Dems backed down and rolled over pisses me off
49% of America will never live this down. They vote for a Convicted Felon that alone speaks volumes about them. We need go no further or dig no deeper. 49% of America voted for Donald Trump a convicted felon. I will never get past that!
I've been saying throughout the Trump era that pulling shit out of our asses has become all too commonplace. People tend to take kernels of information, fact or fiction, firsthand or hearsay, form a modicum of an opinion, and pass it off as truth. And they'll die on whatever hill that is. π My God!
The media sanewashing Trump and not reporting on all that Pres Biden accomplished was a big reporting problem. Musk and Putin helped Trump cheat to win. Add the Christian nationalist and how they manipulate their followers to believe Trump.
That's true. But I'm talking about one of the root causes of people acting and voting against their own interests. People make up their minds about so much with little to no facts. Or worse, make counterintuitive decisions despite the facts being relatively accessible...
π―! It is also astonishing that they take that bit and then will argue to the death demanding "proof" when there was zero proof for them on that first point. Stubborn willfully ignorance.
That's so true. Americans voting against what is the better choice because they believe the lies. The constant flow of lies is so much that it can wear people down.

Unfortunately they died, and my other relatives are the ignorant ones.
And yes Iβd say it to their faces too. They are the morons who think they know it all.

They did their own research on the Googley machine.
One time I met a stranger in a parking lot, who said Obama would have been her slave a few generations ago.
