My lovely wife is accusing me of "buying" my kitten Mia's, love. I do have a cat tower in my office that I put together. But that doesn't explain why she's wanting to sleep with me now, other than the dogs are clingy to me. I think Mia loves the dogs and I just happen to be THE guy to them.

Got the blood work back and it was devistating news. He was riddled with cancer, likely Lymphoma. Coupled with the fact that he was 15, had a urethra blockage, and was skin and bones (likely from the cancer), we had to do the right thing and let him go. He's back with Sophie now. RIP Dempey!

Could use some positive energy right now. We lost my 17 year old cat Sophie in January. Dempsey, who is going on 15 (and grew up with her) is struggling. I think it's kidney disease. Until 2 days ago, he was eating fine. Now, lethargic. Going to the vet today for an Emergency visit.

Eventually, all my animals have "come to work" with their Daddy (me). Mia, our new kitten, has decided, much to my wife's chagrin, that she would rather spend the day with me and the 3 dogs and one other cat in my office during the day. My wife is WAY more bonded to her than I am, so a win for me!

Where's Mia?? Oh, there she is! She's settling into the big pack of animals just fine. And they are slowly getting adjusted to her as well. My 3 dogs and one cat are all older, so she's just a huge bundle of energy for them currently.
