UPDATE: A federal judge has denied a third Jan. 6 felony defendant — Tommy Tatum — permission to attend Trump’s inauguration and events in Washington D.C. on Jan. 6.

Judge Bates said the “horrific” evidence of Tatum’s conduct, among other reasons, justify the restriction.
