Horrible and gets to the point where being told "do more for less", sniped at by VC for poor results in some areas and crappy pay that isn't realterms rises is not that bad afterall given this kind of fuckery.

One of my newish colleagues is from Cov, think she jumped before it got demolished.

Horrible to see that sort of thing coming. Derby's another place I've seen rotting from afar which is a huge shame cos in student services they were held up as trailblazers for a long time. Derby's loss has been gain in many places but not everyone can find another suitable job.
