It played for about ten seconds before the sound cut out and normal commercials resumed. Very cryptic. Not sure if this was some kind of PSA or - and idk if this is even possible - someone hacked the ad’s stream and snuck it in as an act of protest.

More likely the former, as the latter sounds too much like a conspiracy theory, but it’d make sense: not only is that a huge audience, but the act itself would be wasting valuable ad time for the Christmas shopping season, not to mention subscribers’ money.

Disney+’s ads have been kinda glitchy for me lately, idk if one has anything to do with the other. But again, this sounds like a conspiracy theory or something out of a movie. The real explanation is probably a lot less interesting.

Mystery solved: it was one of those “Jesus said love your neighbor” ads that glitched. No espionage involved. I probably imagined the sounds, or they were of something else.
