This is actually kind of a massive gift to federal employees. We got a PAS official - the DNI, no less - testifying under oath that I have the right to express personal views on personal accounts which disagree with administration policies.

Get fired here ... Sure, you probably could sue! If you have union representation, find a law firm that does this on contingency (and you're willing to give up 20-45% of what you get in court), or have a spare $30k to use.
