I’ll be watching Sec. Kennedy testify in front of HELP today. I have LOTS of questions, but most importantly:
• Why were HS offices closed?
• Why was PDG B-5 eliminated in the budget?
• Can you guarantee HS programs will be able to access their $$ as appropriated by Congress?
