I believe this scaly dude is the greenfoot fibercap, Inosperma calamistratum. They seem to be found often where I live, and while it's a bit hard to tell, it does have a green "foot," which leads me to believe this is the right ID 🟢🦶🏼 🍄📷 📸🎞 🌿🌱 🟢 🍄‍🟫 🍄 📷
