I just stood up fully unassisted without bracing myself on anything! Still had to brace to stay upright, but I don’t think I’ve been able to get up without bracing since 2021 (inSCI via irreparable myelopathy C5-C6 with a congenital spinal deformity ~L3). Adapt & overcome & all the other SCI-isms. ♥️
