That's illegal. Congress has to pass a law to eliminate any Cabinet members & departments created by Congress. USAID was illegal. Judge ordered it restored. Trump is losing in courts so far. I think a judge stopped Elon et al also. I doubt they'll stop. We are in a preliminary Constitutional crisis.

Many states are trying to move to a voucher system that gives tax credits to parents who enroll their kids in private schools, but those who can afford to do so, usually already have their kids in private ed anyway. It's just the rich getting richer while everyone else gets left behind.
