Create your own immune support daily regime and stick to it. Evidence shows your immune system is in your gut, probiotics and prebiotics like fiber. Also green tea, herbs, vitamins. Immediately if you feel something coming on boost c&zinc like Airborne. Fire Cider works for me to prevent colds.
Soup, orange juice, tea, curries, honey with lemon! I'm sure it's hard to pay attention to your body when your mind is so busy, but it's an investment well worth making. Take care of yourself!
