In the dissent they note that all 9 agreed people cannot be deported without due process. And that if even one is deported as of today that is a violation of the Supreme Court. IMO this is good news for Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia.

While it’s definitely not the decision we needed, one positive thing did come out. The Court stipulated that anyone in danger of being deported under this act must be given notice of removal, and time and avenue to apply for Habeas Corpus in the district they are detained.
