Here's a scenario: Erik Prince suggests his company (Blackwater) is positioning to build private prisons in light of Trump's militaristic-political policies. Say Blackwater builds those prisons in El Salvador so that prisoners would be outside the jurisdiction of US courts. Think it could happen?
