I dislike when children’s media that tries to encourage healthy eating pretends that eating junk food feels bad. “Cookies make my tummy feel wrong” etc. When I was a kid I knew that was bullshit. Eating cookies felt great! So I would dismiss the whole message as bullshit too. Counterproductive…

The ice cream probably didn't help either...stupid milk allergy. It ruins cheese, too.
The bad feelings don’t happen till the cookies have had time to digest.
In theory.
I don’t trust myself with them. I have zero self control.
A lot of stuff makes my tummy feel bad as an adult. If we went around advising kids not to eat anything that makes me queazy, they'd lose a lot of perfectly healthy foods for their growing bodies.
This is true for a lot of ADULTS, but Children? Rarely.
Never mind, cookies make my tummy feel good.
Always look to Cookie Monster.
So lying to me never really worked and i always knew that some situations were bad but never had the vocab to describe what was bad.
