I just read the NYT Top 100, and in my memory, movies like "O, Brother Where Art Thou,""Kill Bill," and "The Social Network" stopped getting made after 9/11. 9/11 and Bush/Cheney ended a cultural era for me. The list reminded me that at least artists kept moving forward.
