Qualcuno storcerΓ il naso ma vorrei segnalare un evento astrologico e non astronomico che vede protagonista Nettuno e Saturno nel 2025. Congiunzione a 0^ in Aries. 2500 anni che non accadeva. Riparte un ciclo dellβumanitΓ che sarΓ in tensione tra conservatori materialismo (Sat) e creativitΓ (Nettun)
My favorite planet unironically I love the color so much
Although I remember at some point reading that all these old photos of Uranus are inaccurate for some reason and it's actually the same exact hue as Neptune, but I'm not sure how true that is
Apparently when corrected for color that the naked eye would see Neptune looks paler, almost identical to Uranus, which is the worst fact Iβve ever learned and I refuse to accept it. I much prefer the deep blues, it gives me a sense of deeply beautiful melancholy unlike anything else really.
The scene at the end of ad astra, a movie I saw in theaters while on acid, where Brad Pitt has to finally let his father go and heβs just spinning out alone in Neptuneβs orbit and he finally breaks down and lets out everything heβs been repressing is nearly the most affected Iβve ever been by a film
I think the mathematics done in the paper that concluded Neptune being so much more pale might've had some exaggerations to be honest. Also congrats on having the balls to go to a public theater on acid i can barely step into my neighborhood π
Neptune is my favorite planet. It just gets prettier and prettier as our telescopes get better and better.
Nobody can see it with the naked eye, but using science and math based on a globe earth, anybody can find out where to point a decent telescope and find it right where itβs supposed to be.
