As a boy, my local Chinese did the BEST BBQ sauce. Thick, sweet, chipshop curry brown, laden with MSG π I travel all over England fixing DAR & HAVE NEVER found anything quite like it π Nowadays they thin, red, orange, sour, gravyβ¦ whatevs. Somebody point me to dirty backstreet Chinese BBQ sauce π€·π»ββοΈ
