Waved goodbye to the birthplace of the supergrid this afternoon… well, au revoir at least 😉 Then straight down to Kent for a cheeky wiring mod. Took the electrical widow with me as she don’t get south of the water much nowadays. Tomorrow I am to put a poorly transformer down 😔😖

Need to fix this beast to my study wall in a neat way, which also allows wiring to power twinkly LED lights, switched via the 2 amp table / floor light circuit. It’s a tricky one but I have a few ideas…. Hidden fixings and maybe a hidden toggle switch underneath. The electrical widow has approved 🥰

As a boy, my local Chinese did the BEST BBQ sauce. Thick, sweet, chipshop curry brown, laden with MSG 😋 I travel all over England fixing DAR & HAVE NEVER found anything quite like it 😖 Nowadays they thin, red, orange, sour, gravy… whatevs. Somebody point me to dirty backstreet Chinese BBQ sauce 🤷🏻‍♂️

Finished boarding this ceiling. 2 x 12.5mm noise block on resilient bar and all seams and joints fully overlapped. She wanted just one single grand light fitting in the middle. Rest will be floor / table lamps and the A Unit 🥰💡 Now back to my DAR drawings
