Great for him to get the accolade, but it’s really Slot isn’t it, no money spent and taking a team of also rans to a dominant title. If Arsenal had won you would have given it to Arteta even though he spent another £100m+

Nuno pips Slot for me. Everyone predicted Forest to go down or only marginally stay up, so to do what they’ve done is nothing short of spectacular from Nuno. That’s to take nothing away from Slot, but signings weren’t really necessary when you’re feasting off one of the best PL squads ever assembled

Fair opinion, it’s still Slot for me, but Nuno has been amazing as he was at Wolves, top manager… Spurs had no patience, just like Emery at Arsenal. Do keep in mind Forest have spent circa £300m in the past 3 seasons so hardly the underdogs 🙈

Agree with everything apart from the Emery part! Even Liverpool in the Hodgeson days weren’t conceding 30 shots a game to the likes of Watford 😂 That said, he’s a top manager, but it’s horses for courses really and he’s shown that he struggles with the pressure of the biggest jobs
