I was just thinking I need a book on grave inscriptions sorted by time / place - do we have something like that? Specifically, a interest in the 'bride of Hades' ones, because I want to know if it's only unmarried girls who've died young -or if women who've married who get similar inscriptions.

You may want to check the Carmina Epigraphica Graeca (CEG). The Greek Anthology book 7 (funerary epigrams) has a small section (not identified as such - but I studied this book and noticed it) on unmarried girls who died young (GA 7.181-188). You can check Gow and Page (1965/8) for comments.
