R Naught is crazy for measles. When encountering measles 3-4% of vaccinated people will get infected. 95+% of unvaccinated people will get infected. Each infected person infects 12-18 people.
Any info on the particular ares in those states? I know both PA and NY have large Amish/Mennonite populations and FL is a regular destination for many of them. Our area in NY has the largest concentration of Amish in the state. Rural. So they get a LOT of misinformation from all the trumpers.
