I don't think that the quid-pro-quo needed to be stated. Trump operates like a mob boss. He doesn't have to give direct orders, especially to a fellow traveler like Alito. Simply a friendly call on another subject would set the stage for the desired vote.

It couldn’t be any clearer as to who’s in the bag for Trump. It was ridiculous to side with him and they failed to state a reason as to why. They could not come up with a reason that wasn’t outlandish. This madness must be corrected by removing these judges. They are in sevice to Trump
