This was from a stash that FPP had. They had some notes about processing this particular stash and now I wish they hadn’t taken that page down! 😅😅

But I figured it would at least get me an extra cart and paper backing for reloading.

I wondered how the a26 would do with slit 70mm and backing.

I think FPP is offering unperforated 35mm now; if you’re thinking about 70mm, you’ll need to perforate it yourself anyway.

They are, and I will likely order some of that, but I had success slitting 70mm and loading it with paper backing in my other 126 camera. The paper has the right holes and so makes the feeler skip the 35mm and only reset when it gets to the paper hole! But it doesn’t work with all cams. 😅😅

The slit 70mm ends up with 2x lengths of single perf 35! 😅

And I had 100ft of 70mm Aviphot. 😅

But sadly the charger cord for the flash is proprietary and didn't come with it.

I assumed the bigger problem is that it had rechargeable and non-user-replaceable batteries. And since it shoots a mostly obsolete format, there aren’t a plethora of guides to re-calling them! I’d guess building a new charge cable would be easy….

It's kind of sad really, I converted a couple of those film holders and put 35 mm in there, then shot some pictures, never developed them, and it's been sitting on the shelf ever since.
