I've fairly successfully taken myself away from Fb. Now, when I go on I'm actually shocked at the amount of ads over there. I'm constantly distracted away from my friends to get sucked into reels.
But, since I have to be on my computer to use it, I'm rarely using it. I'm into it. 1/2
