I used a Slowbro, Psychic Tera, Regenerator, Max HP and Sp Atk, Modest Nature, Shell Bell.

Skill Swap first turn, Iron Defense until the stats are reset, then Iron Defense x 3, Nasty Plot x 3, Stored Power x 3, tera and then Stored Power until you win. Heal cheer if needed.

Cuts it too close for comfort but I managed with Stellar Tera Contrary Malamar. 252 Atk/Def. Skill Swap, faint to get Contrary back, Superpower until Tera then spam Tera Blast.

Payback if it's possible to get a hit in before fainting, I guess.
