Did some digging today.
I don't know where the error came from, but I'm 95% convinced Matthew Golden's 4.29 Combine time is a timing error of some kind.
Tracking MPH at 10-20-30-40 doesn't match it
Frame by frame tape timing doesn't match it
College tape doesn't match it.
He's a 4.4-flat guy

He's consistently below other 4.3-flat area runners at each interval.
His speeds are a hair slower, but not to the level of an error w the lasers. It’s way more likely that he just got lucky by running particularly straight, had his arm swing to set off the end laser quick, etc
Overall point is his functional 40 time/speed seems far closer to 4.4 than 4.3
It really wouldn't make any sense to run a second time unless he thought he could get a 4.2 flat.
To the best of my ability (admittedly imperfect), I'm at somewhere 4.38 - 4.43.
Actually, let's amend that to 4.37 at the lower end.
So it's definitely not everyone, but I'm too lazy to check more.
