Yay, of course - bears! If you want me to be very picky, I'd say that the bears' fur seems a tiny bit over the edge with clarity. But that is a matter of taste. Other than that, cropping in a bit tighter may also work.
I just zoomed in on the water drops. A tight crop of them could be a great study of water in motion IMO. I hope you can find something you like for the image.
[My amateur opinion only, but you asked] The top half of the image isn't doing anything except adding confusion. A tight crop like this brings the action without dilution. If you're trying the "full colour subject in b&w scene", then you need more exposure in the background, because it's so/
I would try to have the light level @75+% between your and the two L/Rs. BW always look good to me, just a bit, a tad darker, that's just me. Also, if it's dusk or heavily shaded, it can be darker
