The bear playing on the right is #99. He was born in 2016 to #39 and has two brothers, #912 and #913. He had a very prominent natal collar as a cub and you can still see the remnant of it now. (link to photo of 99 and his brothers when they were two years old flic.kr/p/LciYnK)
