Unfortunately this has nothing to do with the current admin, all reports so far are that ATC instructed the private jet multiple times to stop and wait before crossing the air strip and the private jet pilot failed to follow instructions. A monumental fuck-up for sure, but not admin-related.

When I first started work at US Aviation Underwriters we experienced the big ground loss at Tenerife. It really shook me, probably because of the human tendency to think “all is well” on the ground.
They hit. It can’t be taken back.
