I dunno if it'd be anytime soon since Vstream failed. Bigger vtubers still have consider if a business venture will be profitable. It'd be an investment and a high risk.

And I'm not entirely sure segregating vtubers from other streamers is the best course of action.

I know you were Debuting, but I wanted to add, there is no "No ex post facto" rules at twitch. They will make a new rule, scan old content and ban the whole account for a violation older than the d ate of the rule. Twitch has always done poor with this. Waiting for the class action myself.
